Product Application

This series of water shower autoclave is widely used in the sterilization of sealed large-capacity liquid products (large glass bottle infusion, plastic bottle infusion, soft bag packaging infustion, glass bottle infusion, and etc.). Its temperature control is wide (80-126ºC), and has rapid heating and cooling function, which reduces the effect to the drug by high temperature sterilization. And becuase its good temperature eveness control can effectively prevent the packages from deformation, it could also be used for sterilization of (tinplate packaged, cooling bag packaged) food, functional drinks and etc. Temperature time and F0 dual control could meet the requriements of pharmacopoeia.



 

Main Features

Water shower sterilizer has two types of structure: SQS series small type water shower adopts motor driven door, and horizontal rectangular structure. And the large SYS series water shower autoclave adopts sliding door and horizontal cylinder structure. Adopting SS 304 and 316L material chamber, it is accessorized with standard GMP verification interface. Industrial control system PLC+HMI has standard "user management, data storage, process mangement" function, the sterilization process can be traed back, with independent data recording device and industial control system to ensure data accuracy, remote computer monitoring technology makes the system application and maintenance more convenient.
