Cultivation of Agaricus bisporus in Shallow Gully in Sunlight Greenhouse in Winter

The spore mushroom is commonly known as diced mushrooms. Relying on the natural temperature for indoor bed frame cultivation, the harvesting period is concentrated from October to December and from April to May in the following year. The spring and autumn fresh mushroom market is too concentrated, and the price of the goods is low and the efficiency is not good. In order to make use of the concentrated contiguous area, nearly 8,000 hectares of greenhouses with good thermal insulation properties, and sufficient raw materials for the cultivation of Agaricus bisporus, the author has carried out the practice and exploration of shallow shallow trench cultivation in winter and achieved success. It is summarized as follows:

Formula I: Sheep droppings 50%, corn cob 15%, wheat straw 30%, compound fertilizer (containing 12% nitrogen) 1%, superphosphate 1%, cao2%, cosa 41%, (c/n=34/1).

Formulation II: cow dung 40%, corn cob 25.7%, corn stalk 30%, compound fertilizer (nitrogen 12%) 0.3%, superphosphate 1%, cao2%, cosa 41%, (c/n= 33/1).

1. Build a heap: before the heap is built, the goat feces and cow dung are dried and crushed into powder; the fresh moldless corn cob is crushed into soybean-to-faba bean-sized pellets; the corn stalks are chopped into small pieces of 5--10 cm and milled. Pressure cracked; wheat grass into a 30--40cm grass segment. To build a pile from east to west, the bottom of the pile is 120cm wide, 100cm high and 80--100cm wide. The length depends on the site. The fecal grass was layered, and the first layer was covered with wheat straw (corn cob, stalk) 30 cm thick, and a layer of grass was spread on the top of the grass. The thickness was 15 cm. The manure was sprinkled with water. In this way, one layer of grass was drenched with water, and the material was repeatedly sprinkled and sprinkled until the pile height reached 100 cm. Let the faeces absorb moisture after 24 hours and turn it over. After the manure and the grass were mixed and turned over, they were drilled from the material surface with a wooden rod with a diameter of 10cm. The distance between the holes was 20cm and the depth reached the bottom of the pile. After the stack is built, it is covered with straw and other materials to keep the humidity.

2. Turnover fermentation: build a heap 3 days, the material temperature up to 60 °C, and then maintain 3 days, the first turn. The tumbling mixed all the compound fertilizer into the material and provided all raw materials with the same opportunity to be in the central area of the material pile. The method is: Each time the stack is turned on, the raw materials are exchanged under the stack and piled outside the stack. The water is uniformly sprayed while turning the pile, and the moisture content is adjusted to 70%. The stack is rebuilt after the end of the stack. When the temperature in the material rises again to 60°C--70°C, maintain it for 3 days, perform a second turning, add superphosphate and casp4, and replenish water according to the amount of moisture in the material, so as to maintain the moisture content at 60%. --65%. When the feed temperature reached 60°C--70°C, it was maintained for 2 days and a third turn was performed. At the same time, cao was added, and 800 times of cypermethrin was sprayed on the material to inactivate the insecticide, and then the mixture was turned over once every 24 hours. After 5-6 batches of about 35 days of turning fermentation, the raw materials become brown or dark brown evenly, with a small amount of snowflake-like actinomycetes; no musty, no ammonia, no fecal odor; raw materials are not sticky Do not tie hands; moisture content of 60%, that is, by hand kneading the water between the fingers overflow but hanging out without losing.

It is required to build piles of fermented raw materials in early October, sow in early November, cover soil at the end of November, harvest from mid-December to March of the following year, and economic benefits can be doubled compared to spring and autumn production.

Fully-buried shallow gully plant is the preferred cultivation method in Hexi Corridor, Gansu Province, because the local temperature is very low during this season, and the temperature in the greenhouse varies from 15°C to -20°C. If it is planted on the ground or planted on a bedstead, it is intense. Changes in temperature often trigger the death of young mushrooms. The use of shallow ditch planting, due to the small range of soil temperature changes, easy to keep warm, the advantages of edge line is obvious, simple operation and easy management. Specific practice: North and South to do 畦, 畦 width 100cm, depth 20cm, long depending on the greenhouse, leaving a vertical file in the center of the 畦, every 150cm to stay a horizontal 埂, 埂 width 10cm, between the two 留 stay work path and soak in water Gully, spread 1kg of mature cow dung or sheep manure, 50g compound fertilizer (including 12% nitrogen), and 20kg of farmyard manure on the soil surface of 1 square meter before ditching. , Water the pot and pour in water with high-potassium hydropermethrin (1ml stock solution/m2) and phoxim (3ml stock solution/m2). Spray with 0.5% carbendazim before planting. Face sterilization.

1. Sowing amount: The seeding rate is 5% of the dry weight. Increasing the seeding rate can inhibit the growth of the bacteria, prevent pollution, accelerate mycelium growth, and increase yield.

2. Seeding method: Before sowing, spray 0.5% carbendazim and 800x phoxim insecticide at the bottom of loquat. Wet material 65kg on a 1m2 surface is spread in three layers. The thickness of the first layer of culture material is 8cm. Spread the material evenly, spread the layer above, and then spread the second layer of material. The second layer of bacteria; according to this sprinkle three layers of raw material three strains. The first and second layers of bacteria should be used as 30% of the total amount of bacteria, and the remaining 40% should be sprinkled on the top of the strain. The strains should be sprinkled with a little culture material to allow the bacteria to be exposed. Cover the mulch, place a small hole on the mulch at a distance of 4-6 cm, and cover the soil with 2 cm of wet soil.

The management objectives at this stage are: to cultivate healthy mycelium, to avoid contamination with bacteria, and to prevent the occurrence of pests. Due to the adoption of fully-buried shallow trench cultivation, the requirement for darkness, moisture, ventilation, pH and other conditions of mycelial growth is well met. Therefore, maintaining the temperature within the culture medium at 20°C to 25°C is the management at this stage. Points. The method is: during the day, the drafting curtain is heated up, the straw curtain is kept warm at night, and the number of drafting curtains is determined according to the temperature change. If insects and cockroaches are found to be harmful, fumigation with aluminum phosphide takes place at a rate of 15 cubic meters. be careful.

1. Covering soil: Covering soil is a very important part in the cultivation of Agaricus bisporus. When 2/3 of the culture material is covered with hyphae (25-30 days after sowing), the soil is covered for the first time. The thickness of the covering soil is 3cm. Mix 1:1, mix in formaldehyde and hydropermethrin (100ml of formaldehyde solution in 1 cubic meter of cover soil, and 20ml of liquid of hydropermethrin), cover with plastic to fumigate for 3 days, disinfect and kill insects, then add water. Wet the water content to 22%, that is, wet but not mud, hand-knead into a group, landing spread for the degree. After covering the soil, the cover film was moistened, and then a small shed with a height of 50 cm was added to the crucible to increase the temperature. When the linear mycelium is covered with soil and a small mushroom bud is formed (10-15 days after the first soil covering), the soil is covered by the second time and the thickness is 2 cm. The method is the same as the first time.

2. After the soil cover management points: 5 - 8 days after the second cover soil is the fruiting body differentiation, mushroom bud growth period, this stage should be controlled at 15 °C --18 °C, day and night temperature control at 3 °C - 5 °C, re-cast mushroom water, so that the cover soil moisture content to saturation. Ventilate 3 times a day for at least 1 hour each time to keep fresh air in the greenhouse. Sprinkle water on the ground, spray water in the air as appropriate, and keep the relative humidity of the air between 85% and 90%.
