Shed cultivation of loofah

In 2007, the Lujia Town vegetable base in Kunshan City demonstrated the promotion of loofah cultivation techniques. The planting cost was reduced, and the utilization rate of greenhouse facilities was increased. The melon market period continued until the National Day and the yield per mu reached 5,000 kg.

1. Variety selection: Use six varieties of early-maturing, moisture-resistant and disease-resistant varieties, such as six-leaf lettuce and mushroom spatula.

2. Sowing and raising seedlings: In early February, electric heating and double-layer greenhouses are used to cover seedlings and seedlings. Before sowing, use 50% Carbendazim WP 500 times solution soaking for 1 hour. After washing, continue soaking in clean water for 4-6 hours, remove and wash, put on germination under the temperature condition of 30°C, and seed when the seeds are slightly white. Each cubic meter of soil is mixed with 60 kg of decomposed organic fertilizer to form nutritious soil, and a nutrient bowl with a diameter of 7.5-8 cm is prepared. The seedbeds were poured into the bottom water, and the exposed seeds were sown in the pods. After sowing, the cover was covered with 1 cm thick soil and covered with plastic film. During the day, the bed temperature is controlled at 27-28°C. When the temperature is too high, timely ventilation is needed. At night, attention should be paid to thermal insulation to prevent freezing seedlings.

3, seedbed management: sealed greenhouse before emergence, high temperature to promote the whole seedlings, the temperature maintained at about 32 °C. After the whole seedlings are removed, the plastic film is peeled off in time to ensure that there is sufficient light. When the temperature is lower than 15°C during the night, cover the small arch film insulation. The humidity of the seedbed was mainly controlled, and the water was properly added after the film was peeled off. Afterwards, dry seedlings were encouraged to strengthen the seedlings, and the body water was poured one day before planting. Gradually ventilate the seedlings 7 days before transplantation to ensure that the melon seedlings reach the standard of strong green color, thick root neck, and strong root system when transplanting.

4. Colonization: Before the planting, remove the crop defoliation and defoliation before planting, combined with deep-turning 4000 kg per mus of organic fertilizer. Each standard steel frame sheds 5-6 ridges with a ridge height of 25 cm. In early March, the average temperature is stable above 8°C. The seedling age is about 30 days. When the seedlings have 5-6 true leaves, they are planted at a spacing of 1-1.2 meters, 30 cm spacing, and 1800-2200 per acre. Immediately after planting, root water was poured to cover the mulch.

5, Daejeon Management: Every two loofah stand between a 2-2.5 meters long bamboo poles, two vines, loofah along the bamboo raft climb up, climb to the dome when you remove all branches and topping, leaving a single master vine When you sit melon, you don't need to hang melon.

6. Harvest: Harvested loofah 25-28 cm long in early May. The first loofah harvest period is 25-30 days, and the mu yield is 1200-1500 kg.

7. Recycling technology: After harvesting the first batch of melons from the end of May to the beginning of June, leave 3-4 knots in the vine base and trim the main vines 30-40 cm long. After the vines are cut, new vines grow and a new vine spreads. Combine manure with fertilizer, irrigation, apply 45% of high-efficiency compound fertilizer 20 kg or 8 kg of urea per acre, and then drench the ditch. It was found that there were fine cracks in the furrows, and appropriate irrigation should be performed. The second batch of melons was harvested 12-15 days after the vine was cut and the yield per mu was 1100-1400 kg. The second batch of melons was harvested and moderately ventilated until mid-June. The vents must be ventilated around the greenhouse during the day and the ventilation openings should be opened and closed at night depending on the temperature difference. Apply 25 kg of diluted compound fertilizer per acre to the roots of the plant. Use 75% chlorothalonil WP 150 g water spray per acre to prevent disease. The safety interval is 20 days. Under the premise of guaranteeing the supply of fertilizer and water, three times of regenerative cultivation are adopted, and then the vines are naturally allowed to climb up onto the scaffolds and harvested at maturity.
