Modification of centrifuge hydraulic system

Abstract: The composition of the hydraulic system of WG-800 centrifuge is briefly described. To solve the problem of impurities entering the hydraulic control box and the leakage of hydraulic valve, it is proposed to redesign the hydraulic control box of the centrifuge and install it on the ground of 400mm from the original hydraulic control box. The transformation measures above introduce the advantages of the new hydraulic control box. After the transformation, the ideal effect was achieved.

The seal of the centrifuge main shaft is a labyrinth seal. There are three fuel tanks at the rear of the drum, which are the front bearing oil tank, the rear bearing oil tank and the hydraulic control box. The structure is shown in Figure 1.

After the production, the hydraulic system of the two centrifuges was frequently overhauled, which seriously restricted the normal production.
First, the problem analysis
1. The hydraulic two-way four-way electromagnetic reversing valve, one low-pressure relief valve and one-way throttle valve are often blocked and need to be cleaned frequently. From the point of view of each inspection, the main reason is that the oil quality is poor, and there are tiny particles in the oil. The lubricants are purchased from regular sources and have been filtered in three stages before being added to the hydraulic control box. It has been verified that the entry of foreign impurities into the hydraulic system is mainly due to the fact that the labyrinth seal of the centrifuge spindle is not suitable for the Joa suspension. When the drum of the centrifuge rotates to separate the solid solution at a high speed, part of the suspension leaks from the seal of the main shaft. The leaked liquid penetrates into the lower part of the hydraulic control box along the four fixing bolt holes at the top of the hydraulic control box (the hole is a through hole, which is a defect in the design of the centrifuge) and is mixed with the lubricating oil to cause emulsification, so that the oil is present. It is slightly white and has a small amount of air bubbles, which causes the valve to become clogged.
2. There are some oil leakage between the electromagnetic reversing valve, the low pressure relief valve, the one-way throttle valve and the valve plate, which leads to an increase in fuel consumption. Each shift requires more than 3-5 kg ​​of oil, and Not conducive to environmental protection. Since these valves are vertically mounted on one side of the hydraulic control box, and the working pressure of the hydraulic system is generally above 1.5 MPa, the hydraulic valve is frequently inspected and repaired, causing certain leakage.
Second, the hydraulic system transformation to solve the problem of impurities entering the hydraulic control box and the hydraulic valve leakage, decided to abolish the hydraulic control box of the original centrifuge, redesign a hydraulic control box and install it on the ground 400mm away from the original hydraulic control box on. At the time of design, we divide the inside of the control box with steel plates to divide it into two. The steel pipe with 108 is connected through the filter net, and the filter is installed at the inlet of the fuel filler and the oil pump, that is, the inside of the fuel tank is taken again. Three filtering measures. In addition, the hydraulic valve assembly and the oil pump motor are all mounted on the top plate of the hydraulic control box, and the oil pump inlet pipe is changed from the original horizontal installation to the vertical installation, and the two-way joint on the inlet pipe is cancelled. Its structure is shown in Figure 2.

The new hydraulic control box has several advantages.
1. Thoroughly cut off the channels where the Jiaoya suspension enters the hydraulic control box.
2. The hydraulic control box adopts three-stage filtration, which reduces the possibility of mixing other impurities into the hydraulic system oil circuit.
3. It is very convenient to drain the oil in the hydraulic control box, which is beneficial to the recycling of waste oil.
4. The hydraulic valve components are all installed on the top of the hydraulic control box. When the oil is stopped, the lubricating oil can automatically return to the hydraulic control box under the action of gravity, which reduces the leakage of lubricating oil, is beneficial to environmental protection, and is convenient for maintenance.
5. Install the oil pump motor on the top of the hydraulic control box, which is beneficial to increase its stability and facilitate maintenance.
3. After the transformation, the hydraulic system of the two centrifuges has been running smoothly, and the valves have not failed. The oil quality of the two hydraulic control boxes is very good, which can fully meet the needs of high-load production. The intended purpose of the transformation.
