2. The main sealing port of the autoclave adopts A-type double-line sealing, and the other sealing points adopt the sealing form of the arc surface and the line contact of the plane, the arc surface and the circular arc surface, relying on the high precision and smoothness of the contact surface. Good sealing effect.
3. The outside of the kettle is equipped with a barrel-type silicon carbide core, and the electric furnace wire is inserted into the furnace core, and the end of the furnace is threaded through the lower part of the furnace shell, and the rubber sleeve cable is connected to the controller through the connection stud.
4. The lid of the kettle is equipped with a pressure gauge, a rupture membrane safety device, a vapor-liquid phase valve, a temperature sensor, etc., so that it is easy to know the reaction situation in the kettle at any time, adjust the proportion of the medium in the kettle, and ensure safe operation.
5. The coupling is mainly composed of a pair of inner and outer magnetic rings with strong magnetic force, and there is a pressure-bearing spacer in the middle. The agitator is driven by a servo motor through a coupling. By controlling the speed of the servo motor, the purpose of controlling the stirring speed can be achieved.
6. The upper part of the spacer is equipped with a speed measuring coil. When the integrated agitator and the inner magnetic ring rotate, the speed measuring coil generates an induced electromotive force. The potential corresponds to the stirring speed, and the potential is transmitted to the tachometer to display the stirring. Rotating speed.
7. A cooling water jacket is installed between the magnetic coupling and the kettle lid. When the operating temperature is high, the cooling water should be passed, and the temperature of the magnetic steel is too high to demagnetize.
8. The bearing adopts 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel bearing or high-strength electrochemical graphite, which is resistant to wear and has a long maintenance period.

2. Electrical principle: The electronic components of the stirring control circuit are assembled on a circuit board. The double closed-loop control system has the characteristics of high speed regulation, stable speed, strong anti-interference ability, and has the advantages of limiting overspeed and overcurrent. The protection function, adjust the "speed" knob to change the DC voltage of the DC motor, thus changing the speed of the motor to achieve the purpose of controlling the stirring speed.
3. The heating circuit adopts solid state relay (commonly known as voltage regulating block) to regulate the voltage, so that the heating circuit tends to be simplified. As long as the “pressure regulating” knob is adjusted, the heating power can be adjusted. At the same time, the control part of the heating circuit is equipped with intelligent digital display. Table, so that the heating temperature can be adjusted according to the requirements of the process, and the temperature control accuracy is extremely high (see the thermometer manual)
4. All external leads are led out from the rear panel through the waterproof connector from the terminal block in the controller.
Second, installation and use
1. The autoclave should be placed indoors. When equipped with multiple autoclaves, they should be placed separately. Each operation room should have an exit to the outdoor or passage, and the equipment should be well ventilated.
2. When installing the kettle lid, the sealing surfaces between the kettle lids should be prevented from colliding with each other. Carefully place the lid of the kettle on the kettle body in a fixed position. When tightening the main nut, it must be tightened step by step in a diagonally and symmetric manner. The force should be uniform, and the lid should not be tilted to one side to achieve a good sealing effect.
3. For the joint of the positive and negative nuts, only the positive and negative nuts should be rotated. The two arc sealing surfaces must not be relatively rotated. When all the nut-shaped couplings are assembled, the lubricating oil should be applied.
4, needle valve line seal, just need to gently turn the valve needle, press the cover tightly, you can achieve a good sealing effect.
5. Move the rotating body on the kettle by hand to check whether the operation is flexible.
6. The controller should be placed on the operating platform. The working environment temperature is 10-40 °C, the relative humidity is less than 85%, and the surrounding medium does not contain conductive dust and corrosive gases.
7. Check whether the movable parts and fixed contacts on the panel and rear panel are normal, pull out the upper cover, check whether the connector contacts are loose, and whether there is damage or rust caused by poor transportation and storage.
8. The controller should be grounded reliably.
9. Connect all the wires, including the power cord, the electric furnace wire between the controller and the kettle, the motor wire and the temperature sensor and the tachometer wire.
10. Close the “Power” air main switch on the panel and the digital display should display.
11. Set various parameters (such as upper limit alarm temperature, working temperature, etc.) on the digital display. Then, press the “heating” switch, the electric furnace is turned on, and the indicator light on the “heating” switch is on. Adjust the “Voltage” knob to adjust the heating power of the furnace.
12. Press the “stirring” switch, the stirring motor is energized, and the indicator light on the “stirring” switch is on. Slowly turn the “speed control” knob to make the motor rotate slowly. Observe whether the motor is rotating forward. If there is no error, stop the machine. Pull the belt and restart.
13. After the operation is finished, it can be cooled naturally, cooled by water or placed on the support for air cooling. After the temperature drop, release the pressurized gas in the kettle to reduce the pressure to normal pressure (the pressure gauge shows zero), then loosen the main nut symmetrically, then remove the main nut, then carefully remove the kettle lid and place it. On the stand.
14. After each operation, the residue on the kettle and the lid should be removed. The main seal should be cleaned frequently and kept clean. Do not wipe with hard objects or rough surfaces.
