In the 1990s, the China CFC Compressor Production Line Reconstruction Project funded by the Montreal Protocol Multilateral Fund (MLF) involved many enterprises in China's refrigeration and air-conditioning industry. The implementation conversion companies that have received grants have basically completed the transformation and acceptance, and the World Bank is now multilateral. The fund shall investigate the status quo of the transformation of CFC compressors in China's refrigeration and air-conditioning industry. This project involves a total of 73 production lines in 65 companies in the industry.
This project is under the jurisdiction of the Foreign Economic and Trade Office of the State Environmental Protection Administration, and the China Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Industry Association is responsible for the specific commitment.
