After harvesting 1 to 2 oyster mushrooms, if the cultivating bag is in a state of severe water shortage, it can be soaked in a prepared nutrient solution until it recovers or approaches its original weight. The use of soaking method to add nutrient solution, just in the bag after immersed in the nutrient solution can be pressed on the weight, but the soaking time should not be too long, if the bag of water loss can be divided into several soaking. The method of irrigating acupuncture points is mainly used on the bed of bacteria. This method can be used when the mushroom bed has many mushrooms and the consumption of water and nutrients is too large. The specific method is as follows: The bacteria bed is drilled at a distance of 10 cm, and the prepared nutrient solution is flooded into the bacteria bed, and the soil is added after the nutrient solution is added. When the concentration of the nutrient solution is too high, not only the hyphae will be difficult to absorb, but it will also impair or even damage the hyphae. When the concentration is too low, the effect is not obvious and the purpose of high yield cannot be achieved. The concentration of the nutrient solution also depends on the moisture content of the culture material. If the moisture content of the culture material is high, the concentration of the nutrient solution should be increased to reduce the amount of water, and the amount of ventilation should be increased after the nutrient solution is added. Conversely, the concentration of nutrient solution should be reduced to increase the amount of water used. Nutritive nutrient solution should be used in a nutshell to alternately use several nutrient solutions, so that the nutrition obtained by the fruiting body is comprehensive and reasonable. If hormones are used to stimulate the growth of mushrooms, they should be used after supplementing the nutrient solution. Pay attention to changes in the environment When the temperature reaches 20°C or higher, hyphae are difficult to form high-quality fruit bodies (except high-temperature edible mushroom species), and no nutrient solution can be added. If the culture material has been contaminated with bacteria, be sure to remove the bacteria before adding nutrient solution. In order to prevent bacterial contamination, a certain amount of bacteriostatic agent may also be added at the same time as the nutrient solution is added to prevent the growth of germs.
