Pumpkin powder processing

Choose 8 to 9 ripe pumpkins, wash and put in 10 mg/kg hypochlorous acid solution for 5 to 10 minutes for sterilization. Cut into 6 to 8 pieces so that the size can be placed in a dicing machine, and then cut into 2 mm square dices in a dicing machine. A certain amount of water must be added to the dicing process to ensure that the dicing machine does not block. Put the diced diced vine into the pre-cooker with adjustable delivery speed for 3 to 5 minutes (water temperature 950C, add appropriate salt). The pre-boiler is equipped with a watering device to prevent the diced squash from sticking together after precooking. The pumpkin drenched with water after the drencher vibrates for 6-8 minutes, drains a certain amount of water, and then enters the fluidized bed dryer for drying for 80 minutes to reduce the water content of the pumpkin to about 5%, and is sent to the wind by a scraper-type hoist. After being crushed by a hammer type pulverizer, the air is blown into the collecting device for collection by the air flow through the conveying pipe. The product size of the pulverizer is 100 to 400 mesh, and the particle size of the pumpkin powder is required to be 150 mesh. The collecting device is equipped with a bag device for secondary recycling. The pumpkin powder falls into a two-element vibrating screen through a collecting device and is screened using a 150-mesh screen. After collecting more than 150 meshes, it is sent back to the pulverizer for pulverization again. Less than 150 meshes are fed into the packing room by a screw elevator. The packaging room requires a temperature of 20 ~ 25 °C, relative humidity less than 75% ~ 85%, warehouse temperature is not higher than 150C, relative humidity is less than 80%.
