The out-of-production system shall carry out tests on vegetable products in areas under its jurisdiction and increase the frequency of detection. Any product that fails to pass the speed test on vegetable residues shall be prohibited from being sold to outsiders to ensure that unqualified agricultural products do not come out of the base or enter the market. In particular, Guandu District, Chenggong County, and Jinning County for Guangdong's production enterprises must urge enterprises to firmly establish the awareness of food safety as the first person responsible, strictly enforce production procedures, increase agricultural product inspections, and ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products.
