Powder preparation steps

1. Selection of materials: Select new pods, pick out rotten fruit, crack the fruit, rinse with clean water, remove the skin and side buds, and then wash once with water. 2. Shredding: Place the clean fruit in the bowl and chop it with a kitchen knife. 3. Refining: Add a small amount of fresh water to the granules. Use a beater to make a paste. If no beater is available, you can use stone. Just like grinding tofu, add a small amount each time and grind the slurry. 4. Filtration: Take a thin white cloth, tie the four corners, and hang it on the rack. During the filtration, flush a small amount of clean water while shaking the cloth bag by hand to make the slurry flow out. Filtration is the key to ensure the quality of the powder. 5. Precipitate: Add a small amount of fresh water to the filtered slurry, stir well, and precipitate for 24 hours. Pour out the above clear water, add appropriate amount of fresh water, while stirring the side 6. Filtration: The method is the same as the above-mentioned filtration method, and then precipitate for 24 hours. Then, the upper layer of water is sucked out and the lower layer of precipitate is wet powder. 7. Drying: Place the obtained wet powder on the sun for several days until it is dry and the hands are not sticky.
