The oil level in the oil pan is not high enough and the oil leaks from the oil line. 2 lubricant deterioration. The engine oil is too thin, there is water mixed in or the long-term use is not replaced, the oil loses the lubrication effect. 3 oil blockage. The engine oil is dirty, contains many impurities, and maintenance is not timely, so that the oil is not smooth. 4 The bearing gap is wrong, the clearance is too small, the oil cannot form oil film, and the clearance is too large to make the lubricant loss. 5 If the oil pressure is too low, the oil can not be pressed into the small lubricating area to form a lubricating film. 6 If the oil pump is faulty, the oil pump is worn out, the oil pump pressure limiting spring is broken, the elastic force is weakened or the pressure is adjusted too low, which may result in insufficient lubrication of the lubrication gap. 7 The crankshaft journal nose taper and ellipticity of the engine exceeds the specification; crankshaft bending or the centerline of the main bearing bushes are inconsistent, and the bearing bushes and journals are eccentrically worn, resulting in the loss of lubricating oil. 8 The material and production quality of the crankshaft and the bush itself are not in compliance. 9 The oil quality number is wrong, and it cannot meet the needs of lubrication. 10 Incorrect operation. The engine has just started and has not been fully lubricated. It will work at full capacity, especially in the winter when the temperature of the engine oil is low, and it is easier to cause burning and tile accidents. To prevent the engine from burning tiles, rely mainly on the responsibility of the agricultural machinery, regulate the operation, and use the lubricating oil whose quality is in compliance with the regulations.
