Chinese Rana's young frogs and adult frog breeding techniques

1. Breeding larvae that have just undergone aquaculture are fully artificially bred under the closed condition of the fence, which is easy to manage and uses less land. The young frogs grow fast and have a high survival rate, but they must meet the following three basic factors to ensure the young The normal growth and development of frogs.

(1) Disinfection and disinfection: Before the young frogs enter the breeding ground, they must be fully sterilized. Before disinfection, the site was doubled, and every 666.7 square meters (mu) was sprayed with 100 grams of trichlorfon or 100 mg of cypermethrin to kill underground pests and beetles; then used lime (bulk ash) 250 kg, divided After a few piles are pulverized, they can be spread evenly to the site, or 13 kilograms of bleach can be splashed with water after they are dissolved. After entering the breeding grounds, young frogs should also be regularly sterilized to kill germs and reduce disease.

(2) Feed supply: Provide sufficient, smaller, live food that can be swallowed for Chinese Rana's young frogs. Artificially cultivated frogs were used to feed the 2nd-instar Tenebrio molitor, Kowloon Worm (introduced from Japan, larvae up to 1 cm long, with a large range of activity, superior to Tenebrio molitor) and sterile maggots within 3 days.

(3) Eco-environment: To provide a multi-layered green ecological environment and a relatively humid and light climate for Chinese forest frogs. Water shall be sprayed into the breeding grounds on a regular basis, and no strong light shall be allowed to directly reach the Chinese forest frogs. If necessary, two or even three shade netting facilities shall be set up above the breeding grounds.

2. Breeding management The young frogs will go ashore on their own according to the weather, the environment and their own conditions and enter the encirclement circle in due course. Before the fence, do not lay down the net foot, raise the side of the fence facing the pool ditch, until the young frogs enter the breeding circle and then bury the net foot, do not let the frog return to the ditch and water.

(1) Special care and child rearing: The newly metamorphosed frogs are weak, small, slow in action, poor in predation and evasion, and severe storms (especially acid rain) are very harmful to young frogs. The frogs are first meticulously cultivated in a small area, that is, "special care nursery." The special nursery is a high-density, conservation-oriented, factory-based breeding, which can maximize the survival rate of Rana sylvatica (up to 90% at the highest), save labor, save food, and facilitate management.

In front of the ditch on the six fences, a temporary fence was placed 5 to 6 meters away from the edge of the ditch. Above it, a shelter was installed to house the young frogs in temporary shelters. The first month after metamorphosis of young frogs is the key to the whole process of breeding Chinese Rana sylvatica. It is related to the success or failure of Rana sylvatica breeding, and it must not be taken lightly. After 2 months of centralized feeding, the nets of the temporary fence are raised and the frogs are stocked in a large area of the fence (wait until the end of December of each year, and then fill the ditch with water and face the ditch. The side of the fence is pulled up, allowing the frog to fall into the ditch and hibernate. Special nursery facilities are shown below.
