After running the no-tillage seeder for a period of time, it is necessary to inject the lubricating oil to each operation site as required. After each 10 hours of operation of the seeder, the chain transmission parts and the operating parts of the traction frame are to be filled with lubricating oil. After 30 hours of operation, the traction frame lever is filled with lubricating oil. After 60 hours of operation, lubricate the transmission parts. After 200 hours of operation, the operating part of the coulter disc was filled with lubricating oil.
No-till seeder maintenance
After the operation is completed, the residue in the seed box should be removed and the equipment must be wiped to remove dirt and oil. After sowing a kind of crop, we must carefully clean the seed box so as to avoid seed mixing and failure. After the fertilizer box is used, it must be cleared in time to prevent the machine from being rusted; lubrication oil should be added to the parts that need to be lubricated.
After each operation is completed, the soil on the disc, opener, and repulsion wheel must be promptly removed to check whether the seed metering device, the fertilizer applicator, and the transmission components are flexible, and whether the screw nut is loose.
