The Culture Plate is made of polystyrene and widely used to culture cells or bacteria, there are 6 holes, 12 holes, 24 holes, 48 holes, 96 holes, it looks like the transparent ELISA plate, but the usage is different for these two plates. An appropriate amount of the culture medium is added to the wells of the plate, and the cells are cultured in a suitable environment. General culture plates are flat, suitable for cell and tissue culture. But the bottom for 96well includes U-bottom and V-bottom.
