1. Culture formula:

3. Fungal period management: The germination period management is mainly temperature management, so that the mycelium grows under the proper conditions as soon as possible, and the surface of the culture material is occupied as soon as possible to inhibit the growth of the bacteria. Due to the large temperature difference between the upper and lower stacking culture materials, the upper and lower exchange positions are repeated every 7-10 days, so that the bacterial growth rate is the same. When the temperature rise is not conducive to the growth of mycelium, attention should be paid to ventilation and reduce the temperature. 4. Mushroom management: When the temperature drops below 25°C, enter the mushrooming period. Draw several small 2cm deep seams and perform moisture management. Water management is the key measure to increase production. 5. Timely Harvest: Pearl oyster mushroom is now at 10 ~ 15 °C under the original base, after 7 ~ 8 days can be harvested. Harvesting should be conducted in accordance with export export quality standards or commodity sales standards. When the mushroom body on each of the pieces has reached the harvesting standard, it must be harvested once. When harvesting, use the thumb, forefinger, and middle finger to hold the base of the mushroom handle to loosen and lift it. Do not pull it out to avoid the mycelia. After harvesting, the bacterial surface should be promptly cleaned up, roots should be removed, and the culture blocks should be covered with a thin film, cultivated for 5-7 days, and then managed according to the above methods to harvest the next pearl mushroom.
