Many farmers have not meticulously and scientifically manipulated their stocking. As a result, they have induced various diseases and caused low survival rates. The author summarizes the practical experience of the past few years for reference by peers.
1 Preparation before restocking
1.1 Equipment Overhaul
Check whether the systems such as water injection, drainage, power supply, aeration, and heat preservation can operate normally and should not be repaired after stocking. This will affect the normal growth of the nursery.
1.2 Qingchi disinfection
The debris inside and outside the ground is completely removed, and indoor and outdoor environmental sanitation is well done. The old sand in the pool is repeatedly washed several times, exposed to sunlight, and turned whitish. 300 to 500 g/m3 of quicklime or 30 to 50 g/m3 of bleach is used for disinfecting and disinfecting. . The drying table, food table, pool wall, pool bottom, and sewage outlet should be smooth. Finally, the doors and windows should be closed to evaporate the formaldehyde solution to disinfect the air for 48 hours. Then open the doors and windows to remove residual formaldehyde vapor.
1.3 Water injection thermostat
Select a pool as a reservoir, cover with a double layer of Plastic Film in the winter, and use a pool of thermostats. 80g/m3 quicklime was used to disinfect the water body, and then 0.18g/m3 of strong insecticide was used to kill the zooplankton in the water body. The beneficial algae were cultivated with a transparency of 25cm and a pH value of 7.5. The water was adjusted to the appropriate temperature and was to be restocked depending on the season. In Dianchi Lake, the temperature gradually rises to 30°C. When the water temperature is below 25°C, it increases by 2°C per d. Above 25°C, it increases by 1°C per d. The water depth for juveniles is 20cm after stocking, 30cm after 1 month, and 40cm after 2 months. 60cm after 3 months, until the pool is 60cm.
1.4 The food stand and drying platform are placed well, and the poisonous water hyacinth is placed around the food table. Blocked with a rope, the area starts to be 1/6, the total area of ​​the later period should not exceed 1/3, and the old one has been put regularly. Rotten root leaves clear.
1.5 Ready for disinfecting drugs, juvenile feed, etc. Establish production management system and manual post responsibility system.
2 Stocking
2.1 Selection
Taiwan's larvae are transported by sea and by air to the coasts of Guangdong's Fujian Province. Because of their large volumes and low prices, the growth rate is faster than that of local Chinese quail. Some culturists have good aquaculture practices, and their body types are relatively thin. Because of the sales, many field owners want to raise Taiwan's embarrassment. However, they have weak disease resistance and high mortality rates and must be carefully fed. When looking at the samples at the point of sale or transport to the market, a number of boxes are randomly sampled from a batch of Miaozhong and poured into large plastic bowls filled with clear water. Each of them is observed carefully and the injuries, disabilities, diseases, and dehydration are seriously constitutional. Poor seedlings are selected as far as possible. Generally, if the percentage of seedlings is less than 3%, and the weight is more than 3.5g, the specifications are relatively neat, and the activities are strong. After being pulled back by hand, the feet are effectively retracted, and the body surface is full of luster, back and belly. And there are no white spots or white spots on the armpits of the limbs. They have just arrived. The prices are appropriate and they can be. If the percentage of poor seedlings is between 3% and 5%, other conditions are good.
If you have poor seedlings above 5%, do not be better. If you have a large quantity, it is best to take it in several batches, look at several batches of samples, and make careful decisions to avoid unnecessary economic losses.
2.2 Carcass treatment methods
Due to the long-distance transportation of the long-distance dry method, there is a large amount of excreta, so first wash the surface of the carcass with the pool water, letting it adapt to the water environment. If the dehydration is serious, it can be soaked in glucose water for 1~2h and then 1% of the dragon. The bile violet solution was sprayed onto the carcass, and after 5 minutes of drying, it could be stocked. This kind of disinfection method has the function of protecting the skin and killing bacteria and fungi on the body surface. It has a short time, low price, and low irritativeness.
2.3 Stocking
The density is 60 pcs/m3. When stocking, use a gloved hand or a finger that cuts the nail to gently pick up the juveniles on the food table and allow them to climb into the water on their own. M3 (instead of malachite green) prevents watery mildew and white spot disease. The drug and the powerful insecticide are both produced by the Chengdu New Fish Factory and are Chinese and Western compound fish medicines.
2.4 Timely food
10% of fresh leeks or egg yolks and 1% blue algae extract (spiral algae) are added to the jujube mix to make a feed slurry. A small amount is splashed on the water around the food table, and the rest is made of soft dough and inserted in the food table. On the nails, half of them are in the water, half are on the water, tempting to eat, and then gradually transition to eating on the water.

3 Precautions
3.1 It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the Greenhouse and personnel entering the greenhouse.
3.2 When spilling the medicine, it should be uniform, and the liquid spilled on the water hyacinth should be flushed into the water with the pool water.
3.3 The staff is relatively fixed, change shoes, change clothes, and record work in the greenhouse.
