New pesticides such as 1%7051 to control two-spotted spider mites

The two-leafhopper, also known as the two-leafhopper, white spider, is a newly discovered dangerous pest in Penglai in 1992 and has a trend of development year by year. There are many host plants of this worm, and the damaged peanuts, vegetables, apples and other crops have reduced production by 20% to 50%, and even closed. In order to explore efficient, economical, safe, and pollution-free ways of prevention and treatment, the authors introduced 1% 7051 insecticide-inducible biopesticides to test the efficacy of two-spotted spider mites from 1997 to 1998, and promoted them in large-scale areas across the city. The better results are reported below.
1 Materials and Methods
1.1 The test materials are based on Yaoshang Village and Nanwang Village in Wangzheng, South China. The tested plants are peanuts, apples and kidney beans; the tested pests are adults, nymphs and eggs of Tetranychus urticae; the test agent is 1%7051 EC ( Active ingredient: fenazin ester, Japan Pesticide Company, 20% chlorhexidine EC (active ingredient: fenpropathrin, Japan Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd.).
1.2 The experimental design is based on the following: 1%7051 Emulsion 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000 times, 5% Bazhiling Suspension 2000 times, 20% Xeroxili Emulsion 2000 times and Qingshui (control) in total 7 treatments, each plot is peanut 20 square meters, Apple 2 trees 10 years old, 20 kidney beans, each cell is separated by 1m or 1 tree, arranged randomly, repeated 3 times. For the participating plants in the plot, 10 pieces of upper, middle and lower parts were fixed and listed. The number of insect populations was investigated before drug treatment and the reduction rate of insect population was investigated on days 2, 5, 8 and 12 after drug administration, and the control effect was calculated.
1.3 The application of pesticides should be applied on a sunny day below the wind level 2. When the pesticide is applied, the adjacent plots shall be temporarily covered with plastic sheets to prevent mutual influence and make even spraying.
2 Results and Analysis
2.1 1%7051 EC 3000 times solution, 5% Ba Zhi Ling Suspension 2000 times solution and 20% Schleswig EC 2000 times solution after 5-8 days of control efficacy are: Peanut II, 99.2%—100 %, 84.7%-85.5% and 76.7%-79.7%; 98.4%-100%, 78.0%-78.3% and 61.8%-62.2% of the two-spotted spider mites; 100%, 98.7%-87.6% of the two-spotted spider mites. And 78.7%-79.7%. The analysis of variance and significance of the six concentrations of three drugs and four doses of drugs after treatment showed that the effect of 2000-3000 times of 7051 cream was best, followed by 4000 times of 7051 and 4000 grams of Bahuangling. 2.2 1% 7051 EC 2000-5000 times the control effect of the second leafhopper, 2000-3000 times the best. However, from the dual considerations of control efficiency and economy, 3000 times is the appropriate application concentration in the field.
2.3 The results of the survey also found that all three pesticides tested had the same effect as red spiders and other pests. In particular, the 7051 EC also served as a pest for both aphids, Lepidoptera, and Liriomyza sativae.
3 Results and Discussion
3.1 1%7051 EC has good control effect on the two-spotted spider mites and is an ideal agent for the control of this pest. As the medicament is a biological pesticide, it has the advantages of broad insecticidal spectrum, good effect, no pollution, safety, and resistance to pests. And the cost is lower, it can be popularized and applied in the field of two-spotted spider mites and other insect pests.
3.2 5% Bazhiling and 20% extinction have better control effect on the two-spotted spider mites, and can be comprehensively selected in the occurrence of the two-spotted spider mites and the control of their pests and pupae.
