4.1 Elimination of the use of strains of bacteria is not a problem in the mushroom room to keep mushrooms and isolate bacteria, do not buy bacteria from the areas of severe disease. Before the planting, a thorough examination of the strains was conducted. 4.2 culture materials reasonable fermentation of Agaricus bisporus, requires a reasonable ratio of carbon, nitrogen culture materials, generally 33:1. The culture medium must undergo rigorous fermentation, and it is best to perform two fermentations to eliminate the bacteria that are potentially present in the culture medium. The culture medium should not be over-ripened, over-humidified, or partially acidic, the water content should be controlled at 55% to 60%, the pH should be controlled at 7.5 to 8, and the fermentation material should have elasticity, brown color and aroma.
4.3 The old bed frame and mushroom house shall be strictly sterilized before entering the house for half a month. The mushroom house, bed frame, wall and surrounding areas shall be washed with water and sprayed with 1% bleach solution to disinfect. For a mushroom house that has been cultivated for more than 2 years, the bed frame should be washed with 1:2:200 Bordeaux mixture and then painted with 10% lime water. One week before entering the room, the mushroom room should be sprayed with 5 times formaldehyde. Continuous cultivation of mushroom house for 3 years, to remove the bed frame, soaked with Bordeaux mixture for 5 to 6 days, dried for use. When a small area occurs, diesel or kerosene can be used to water, or the contaminated culture material and cover soil can be excavated as soon as possible, and then sprayed with 2% formaldehyde solution or 1% bleaching solution and sprayed with lime water to increase the pH of the culture material.
