3. Attachment base test: Select four attachment bases, including four attachment bases for Dacron cloth, chemical fiber cloth, bamboo blinds, and rock reefs. The test procedure is the same as above. The attachment of young sporophyte at the initial stage is not different, and the seedling culture process is in progress. The effect on growth is also not significant. However, the bamboo screen treatment is not thorough, and the leachate in the cultivation process affects the water quality. 4. Indoor breeding and management: Indoor breeding is the key to the entire artificial breeding. In the mid-season cultivation in the kelp nursery room, dimming, natural water temperature, plus nutrient solution. Room temperature is about 25°C, and it starts to rot in 10 to 20 days. However, fake roots can grow new seedlings. Ten days later, new seedlings start to rot. The seedlings were kept at a low temperature of 0 to 4°C. After 30 days, the seedlings grew normally. Management during the preservation period includes changing water every day, inflating or running water, and low light. Seedlings and vegetables can be preserved at low temperatures for a long time. This is an important method. It can remove some of the attached algae, increase the ability to adhere, increase the quality of seedlings, and regulate the cultivation time.
6. Fake root summer training autumn seedlings: after cultivation of terrapins on the cultivated truss in the sea area, false roots are trapped in the net rope to remove the algae, and several pieces are knitted into bundles. The net rope is hung on a cultivation truss in the sea area. Sea area test: The experiment was conducted at two points. One test site had less wind and waves, and the transparency was greater. 7. Preparation and culture of indoor cells and tissue seedlings: Hormone treatment experiments were conducted with auxin (LAA, NAA), gibberellin (GA) and other plant growth hormones, supplemented by the addition of various nutrient salts. Observe the results of the culture. Culture tests from different sources: For cells and sections of algae (hybrid roots, primary leaves, secondary leaves, stems) in different physiological conditions, the relevant nutrients were added.
