2. The amount of seeding. In general, Yangshuo per square meter can be put into the straw 15 ~ 20 kg or 15 ~ 25 kg of cottonseed skin, the amount of strains for the culture material weight of 6 to 8%, that is, the amount of bacteria used per square meter of 1.2 to 1.5 kg. For the first time cultivation, the amount of strains should be appropriately increased to facilitate successful cultivation.
3. Seeding method. First lay a layer of rice straw or cottonseed skin at the bottom of Yangshuo, then step on it, spread a circle of bacteria around the edges, broadcast 3~5cm, straw culture material should add some nutrients around the same time, such as ring fertilizer, cow dung, chicken Dung, cake powder and so on. Each additional layer after the second layer should be reduced by 4 to 6 cm from the edge of the lower layer, and the bacteria should be sown in the surrounding area. Generally, a layer of culture material is used to collect 3 to 5 layers of culture materials. When the temperature is lower, the culture material can be thicker, and vice versa. When the seeding is completed, timely cover the plastic film and straw curtain in Yangshuo, pay attention to changes in temperature and humidity, and strengthen management.
