Its storage technology is as follows:

First, storage

1. Harvesting and harvesting should be advanced 1 to 2 days. It is better to use pods to show fruits but not bulging and flat. Pick out pods with broken worms and broken pods.

2, preservative treatment with 20 mg / kg BA solution spray treatment of soybean meal, can inhibit chlorophyll degradation, delay aging.

3. After the package is sprayed, store it in a bamboo basket and disinfect the bamboo basket before use.

4. Pre-chilled packed Dutch beans are placed in a pre-storage room and the temperature is reduced to zero for pre-cooling.

Second, storage period management

After the Dutch beans are pre-cooled, they are stored in the cold storage and then covered with plastic film. The temperature during storage is maintained at 0°C and the humidity is 85% to 90%. Check the temperature, humidity and gas composition every 2 days when entering the warehouse, make the gas content 5% to 10% oxygen, carbon dioxide 5%, and shake the plastic film ventilation in time. Check every 5 days thereafter. If the pods start to turn yellow, they should be sold immediately.
