Extraction
a. Weigh 5g sample, and 10g anhydrous sodium sulfate is added to the centrifuge tube;
b. Add 20 mL of ethyl acetate, stir for 10 min, centrifuge for 5 min, and slowly pour the supernatant into a round bottom flask;
c. Rotate to dryness at 35 ° C and redissolve with 5 mL of 50% ethyl acetate / n-hexane.

2. SPE purification
a. activation: pre-rinsing with 5 mL of n-hexane;
b. Loading: adding the above ethyl acetate/n-hexane sample solution to the activated SPE column;
c. rinsing: rinse with 3mL of n-hexane, and dry for 3min;
d. Elution: Elution was carried out with 5 mL of 20% acetonitrile / 0.05 mol / L ammonium formate solution, and the eluate was collected.
