Volatile fatty acids and organic acids such as lactic acid produced during the anaerobic fermentation process can significantly counteract the intestinal bacteria such as Bacillus subtilis and improve the disease resistance of livestock and poultry. Fermented mature chicken manure can also be naturally dried and dried, stored or pelleted.
