Grass block processing can be divided into three types: field pressure block, fixed pressure block and drying pressure block.
(1) Field compacts are picked up by walking hay - cut short - briquetting machines, picking up, cutting short hay, and pressing into hay in the field. The volume of grass is usually 30mm 30mm (50-100mm) and the density is about 700-850kg/m3. Field bales require hay moisture content between 10% and 12%.
(2) The machine used for the fixed briquette is a fixed briquetting machine. After the hay is chopped in the processing plant, it is pressed into blocks. The volume of grass is usually 32 mm 32 mm (37-50) mm and the density is 600-1000 kg/m3.
(3) Drying briquetting is accomplished by a mobile dryer briquetting machine. The fresh grass is transported by the transporter, and the fresh grass is cut into grass segments. The length is 20-50 mm and it is quickly dried in the dryer. The water content of the forage grass is rapidly reduced from 75% to 80% to 12%-15%. Squeeze into the briquetting machine to suppress the grass. Drying briquettes are costly and use less. During the suppression of grass blocks, additives such as urea, minerals and trace elements can be added as required.
