The working principle of a clean sampling vehicle is in the form of a vertical laminar air flow. 2 The clean sampling vehicle has adjusted the wind speed to an ideal state (that is, the average wind speed in the purification working area is 0.32m/s to 0.48m/s)
3 After the clean sampling vehicle is installed, the average wind speed of the purification working area can be measured with a differential meter. The wind speed is controlled from 0.32m/s to 0.48m/s (adjusted voltage).
Clean sampling vehicle operating procedures and precautions
1 When using a clean sampling vehicle, the ultraviolet germicidal lamp should be turned on 50 minutes in advance to process the microorganisms accumulated on the surface of the clean sampling vehicle in the clean working area; after 30 minutes, the germicidal lamp is turned off and the blower is activated.
2 Newly installed or long-term unused clean sampling vehicles must be cleaned carefully before use, in clean sampling vehicles and the surrounding environment, using a clean vacuum cleaner or a fiber-free tool, followed by drug sterilization or UV Sterilization method for sterilization.
3 It is strictly forbidden to store unnecessary items in the purification work area to keep the clean air flow pattern undisturbed.
4 In the purification work area, try to avoid the action of obviously disturbing the airflow pattern.
5 Regularly (usually once a month) use an anemometer to measure the average wind speed in the work area. If it is found that it does not meet the technical specifications, the regulator handle should be adjusted to change the input voltage of the fan so that the clean sampling car is in an ideal working condition.
6 The temperature of the clean sampling vehicle should be no more than 50 degrees Celsius
Cleaning and maintenance of clean sampling vehicles
1 According to the cleanliness of the environment, the filter material in the coarse filter should be removed and cleaned regularly, usually at intervals of 2 to 3 months. Under normal circumstances, when the non-woven filter material contains more dust particles and the surface is black, it can be removed for cleaning or replaced.
2 Periodically (usually one week) to sterilize the environment.
3 Use the dust particle counter to measure the cleanliness of the work area every three months, and use the plate method to determine the average number of colonies of the clean sample car. When the technical parameters are not met, the cause must be found and repaired in time.
4 When increasing the input voltage of the fan can not make the average wind speed of the purification working area reach 0.32m/s~0.48m/s, it indicates that the dust holding capacity of the air high efficiency filter has become saturated and has to be replaced.
5 Replace the high-efficiency filter and open it after opening the top cover of the clean sampling car. When placing the high-efficiency air filter, point the arrow mark at the direction of airflow (ie downward)
6 After replacing the high-efficiency filter, the dust particle counter should be used to check whether the surrounding frame seal is good. If necessary, the silica gel can be used to plug the leak.
