The northeastern three provinces and the Dongsi League of Inner Mongolia are key soybean-producing regions in China. In recent years, the area sown with soybeans has ranged between 36.7 to 40 million hectares, making up about 50% of the national total. Among these, Heilongjiang alone accounts for 30–35% of China's total soybean production. However, due to the removal of wheat price support policies in northern areas, farmers have shifted toward more profitable crops like corn, leading to a decline in soybean planting. This shift is further influenced by temperature constraints that limit the growth of thermophilic crops. As a result, these areas have transitioned from being "maido" (wheat) regions to true "soybean" regions.
In Jilin Province, while the soybean area is not as large, overgrazing remains a significant issue. In the eastern Yanbian and Dunhua areas, which are major soybean production zones, farmers often alternate soybean-corn-soybean or soybean-soybean-corn rotations. These practices can negatively affect both the quality and yield of soybeans. According to data, soybeans planted every other year show a 6.1% decrease in output compared to normal planting. When planted annually, yields drop by 9.9%, and with two consecutive plantings, the reduction reaches 13.8%. With three years of continuous planting, the yield loss jumps to 19%. To mitigate this, soybean re-planting control technologies have been developed to reduce the negative impact on production.
Environmental factors significantly influence soybean yields. For example, heavier soils tend to produce lower yields, while lighter soils may be more productive. The western and southwestern regions typically see higher yields than the north and east. Thin soils are less favorable, and sloped land with low humidity tends to produce less. Dry years generally result in lower yields, while rainy seasons may improve them. Less fertilization leads to better results, while excessive fertilization can be counterproductive. Newly plowed land often produces lower yields than previously cultivated soil. Underground pests and diseases also play a role, and irrigation levels vary greatly across regions. The four eastern leagues of Inner Mongolia and the Huomeng region share similar conditions with neighboring provinces, where these issues are particularly severe.
Today, I'd like to focus on three main topics: the impact of soybean replanting on yield and quality, the reasons behind the problem, and prevention techniques.
Replanting soybeans reduces the weight of 100 grains, increases disease and insect damage rates, and lowers overall product quality. In Heilongjiang and Fujin, the average grain weight was found to be 18.2 grams, 2.7% lower than standard varieties. In heavily replanted areas, it dropped to 18.0 grams, a 3.7% decrease. Disease and insect infestation rates increased by 39.7%, with diseased grain rates rising by 95.5%. While protein and fat content remain relatively stable in the short term, long-term replanting leads to a significant increase in protein and a decrease in oil content.
To address these challenges, new plant growth regulators like "Huaguo Nurse" and "Wei Miao" have been introduced. Their active ingredients include seaweed polysaccharides, alginic acid, and highly unsaturated fatty acids. These substances promote flower bud differentiation, flowering, fruit retention, and fruit enlargement, improving crop quality, commercial value, and yield while also enhancing soil health.
Applying the "Bonnie" series of plant growth regulators during wheat soaking increases amylase and respiratory enzyme activity, speeds up nutrient conversion, and improves germination potential and rate. During the seedling stage, spraying "High-Yielding" algae acid high potassium enhances cell division, leaf development, tillering, and panicle formation, laying the foundation for high yields.
At the heading stage, applying "Bonnie" helps promote spike differentiation and formation, allowing wheat to spike 3–5 days earlier and extending the grain-filling period. During the filling phase, spraying "Huaguo Nurse" and "Wei Miao" slows leaf senescence, boosts photosynthesis, and improves nutrient transfer to grains, increasing grain weight.
During the ripening stage, using "High-Yielding" high potassium alginate promotes grain growth, nitrogen transfer to grains, and enhances protein and amino acid content, improving wheat quality and accelerating ripening. These treatments also boost wheat resilience. Under cold conditions, they reduce electrical conductivity, increase linolenic acid, thicken leaves, enhance chlorophyll content, and lower freezing points, improving cold resistance and reducing seedling damage. Under drought, they promote root growth, enhancing water absorption and drought tolerance.
Additionally, sodium alginate in "High-Yielding" products acts as a natural soil conditioner, enriching organic matter, activating beneficial microorganisms, improving soil structure, and increasing nutrient availability. These benefits contribute to healthier, more productive agricultural systems.
1.Reflective marking tape takes double layer compound structure and is characterized by high skid-resistance, excellent reflective visibility, vibrant color and the like. Furthermore, it can be made into different kinds of marking belt, arrowhead, word, and pattern.
2. Both of these two types can be quickly and easily applied to clean, dry, asphalt or concrete surfaces
3. High retro.-reflectivity all day long, anti-skid, high tensile, strong weather resistance, easy application.
