First, the incidence

Second, the necropsy changes
At the autopsy of 2 dead chickens, the follicle and fallopian tube were normal. The lesions were mainly in the small intestine, especially in the jejunum and ileum. The intestine was thickened, and the sarcoma had gray spots. The color was pale. Intestinal cavity is full of gas, intestinal mucosa shedding, bleeding, necrosis, thin content. A white pseudomembrane has formed in one of the intestine lumens, with no significant changes in other organs.
Third, laboratory diagnosis
1. Smear: Take the contents of the lesion and the scraping material of the intestinal mucosa to make a smear. A large number of coccidial oocysts can be seen by microscopic examination.
2. Staining: The diseased material taken from the lesion site is made into a smear. After Gram staining microscopic examination, a large number of Gram-positive macrobacilli can be seen. The two ends are blunt, single scattered or in pairs, and a few form a short chain. .
Fourth, treatment measures
According to clinical symptoms, necropsy changes and laboratory diagnosis, the final diagnosis of deciduous necrotic enteritis and mixed intestinal coccidiosis infection. The following methods can be used for treatment:
1. Ball smashing (Hebei Ruigao) spices, 100 kg per bag, 3 bags per day; ball will reach (Shanxi Hengde Jinguang) drinking water, the main ingredient of sulfaquinoxaline sodium, with anticoccidial and more Strong antibacterial and anti-inflammatory dual effect, 1 bag of 200 kg of water, doubled on the first day, 5 bags/day, 2.5 bags/day thereafter, used for 3 days. 2. Strengthen the disinfection: clean the trough, sink; disinfect the environment with gold iodine disinfectant.
